I’m Jon, founder of Run With Resilience, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and runner.

In 2024, a hip injury forced me off the path I thought I was on. Physically, I was rebuilding. But mentally, I was fighting doubt, fear, and the question every injured runner faces: Will I ever be the same again?

That experience taught me something most runners overlook:

A strong comeback isn’t just physical — it’s mental.

Through structured strength training and intentional mindset work, I rebuilt not only my body, but my confidence, identity, and focus. In 2025, I returned stronger than ever.
